Great day for cycling!
Today was only Jack & myself (Laurette) cycling today. We went to Stanley park & had a great day. This is what we saw on the seawall. Lovely Starfishes.

Hi Laurette - I have added a post about my recent publication of my poem, "ODE TO A BOOB". Unfortunately, I added it at the bottom of the senior posts, (not current). It follows something about swimming (pool)at Brit & there is a picture of Wally (lifeguard). Can you please repost it in the more current news?

P.S. Did the RUN for the CURE (breast cancer run) yesterday & beat my time from last year! I ran quite a bit of it & this old body is complaining today! I don't run (train) anymore just power walking but my competitive side shone through! Bigger turn out this year & more pink shirts. Survivors we are & so very grateful!
