We highly recommend this lady as she did repair work for us & also a few of our neighbours here in our building. In our case she insulated our front door & also our private roof top door. She removed our toilet in our second bathroom & replaced a seal. Her photo on her brochere is when she was younger & includes her grandmother. We guess she is now in her fifties & very experienced & skillful. Three other owners in our complex hired her & were very satisfied with her work.
