Well with summer here & great weather it is such a pleasure to cycle. Monday is the designated day for my cycle club. Jack is still away & Mona was just to busy to join as she is going away soon. But finally Vera has ventured out. First time she came on a bike ride with me. I took it easy as I didn't want to kill her. LOL But she did pretty well. We made our way to Kits Beach with rest stops. Enjoyed the day & scenery. We had picked up sushi prior to the bike run & ended up having it at the centre for lunch.We got back to the centre at 1pm & 2 ladies were waiting for us or others for the weekly card games. (whist & 31)
So it was exercise of body & mind. It was Vera's day as well cause she won the games.
